As all our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
We will assess the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
